When you invoke your mind to begin a new method of controlling your weight, size, health and appearance, then you are ready to begin and maintain. To begin this program is like having an anesthesia injection before an operation; there will be a little sting or discomfort to begin with but after that everything will be fine. The process will become habit forming. To use a slang term, “you will become hooked.” But it will be satisfying to realize that I am hooked on something that is beneficial to me. You don’t have to stop eating the foods that you like, you don’t have to take any kind of special substance into your body. You simply have to remember: Mind, Amount and Time.
