It started as a seemingly harmless continuous downpour, which, however, raised the water levels of the dams of the metropolis. Eleven of my family members, including Audrey, who was only four months old then, were victims of Ondoy. In the midst of this tragic experience is God’s providence shown in the face of Audrey.
