SIMPLE TREATMENTS TO RESOLVE DIZZINESS, VERTIGO, AND IMBALANCE

Perhaps for you, life sometimes seems like an endless carousel ride without the pretty horses or music - it is just a constant cycle of spinning, nausea, or a fear of falling. Feelings of dizziness, vertigo, or imbalance may also have caused everyday activities such as getting up out of bed, standing still, or bending over seem to be incredibly difficult. If you are experiencing these symptoms, you are not alone. In fact, throughout the course of a lifetime, 40% of people will experience dizziness, vertigo, or imbalance so severely that they will visit the doctor for relief. While some causes of dizziness may require the care of a medical doctor, many times it can be decreased through a precise program of therapeutic exercise and scientifically proven maneuvers. Janine Pawley and Vincent Whalen are two physical therapists who specialize in the treatment of these debilitating conditions. They have experienced clinical success in decreasing dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance by using the diagnostic and treatment procedures contained in this book. HOW TO TREAT YOUR OWN DIZZINESS, VERTIGO, AND IMBALANCE IN THE MATURE ADULT AND BEYOND is a comprehensive book that will allow you to use their expertise to treat your own similar symptoms at home.
