When the Army fails to protect her rights as a nineteen-year-old soldier, Justice White enacts her own form of vengeance on her attacker. Years have made her a deadly skilled assassin for the U.S. Government. Trained to take out the enemy-both foreign and domestic-you decide where the thin blue line divides good and evil. From Germany to Cambodia, to Washington D.C to Texas.

“Embark on a self-discovery of your own conscience”

“Simply exhilarating”

Explore the world of government scandal through the eyes of Justice White, a headstrong ex-military/cop keen on getting revenge. It is a suspense thriller along the same lines as James Patterson, but with a unique female’s point of view, as to the corruption and cover up the United States government will go to in order to protect one of its own.

Strong modern-day female heroines are getting harder to come by in today’s fiction, without being supernatural or fantasy driven. Justice is the ultimate role model within this novel. It stems from the front-page headlines of the daily papers. While the government turns a blind eye to what’s happening to its female soldiers in Iraq and own government employees here in the states with zero-tolerance on sexual harassment complaints being filed all the time, the victims get bogged down in the bureaucratic system’s endless paperwork.
"Not where my heroine is concerned; she manages to take on the system her way."

Libby White, a young private in the United States Army is stationed in Germany with the Military Police. Happy and optimistic about her career, it crashes down around her one night while on a security detail a senior NCO attacks her with no repercussions brought on him by the Army, instead she is the one treated as the guilty party.

While that night changes her forever, the drive and revenge to make her attacker pay for his actions continues for the next twenty years, as she becomes a trained killer for an elite branch of the government. The same government that ended her military career turned her into a female assassin for them, all the while her thoughts of that night never leaving her conscience, waiting to extract her own form of satisfaction.

Young Libby White becomes Justice/Jussie after the attack and while her law enforcement co-workers treat her as one of the guys and way out of their league; one man is able to crack through her armor and understand her. Adam Connor, a half Iraqi/American agent with the same branch of elite agents as Justice-also fighting his own heritage and terrorist brother Whalid. Adam and Jussie both seek payback their own way.
Not entirely ethical, but they get the job done.
From Cambodia to the Pentagon, Safe Haven delivers a realization that a woman can control the government and has the power to win-even with the “good-ol-boy”network.
