This Simple Tale Will Revolutionize The Way You View Aging

A Life Changing Book

One of the few adult ABC books ever written, this beautifully illustrated work is powerfully motivating and inspiring. It is destined to be an heirloom that will be passed down for generations.

Cleverly marrying theme with language, it tells the story of Ruth and her struggle to accept the passage of time and getting older. Then she meets Eve, a wise old sage who becomes her teacher and guide. Eve takes Ruth on a journey where she discovers great truths that help her understand and take control of her fears. She travels on the High Road, detours into The Valley, and finally stands on The Mountain where she is transformed. There she realizes that it is okay to release youth because something greater awaits her: The splendor of old age.

About Cynthia Rose Lane

Cynthia Rose Lane was born in a small town in South Georgia. Even though she grew up in a family of eight children, she spent a great deal of time alone, reading, writing, and daydreaming. These activities increased her love for the power and beauty of the written word. She credits her father, a minister, for being the catalyst for her spiritual and philosophical explorations. Her love for reading, writing, music, and introspection came from her mother, who was a woman of extraordinary artistic abilities. A graduate of Morris Brown College and Valdosta State University, Cynthia has been a high school teacher, professional singer, jazz band owner, and business owner. She has won several writing awards, including The Silver Poet Award, John Lennon Songwriting Award, and Alice Bingle Essay Award. At present she is a motivational speaker and full time writer of adult fiction. She also performs occasionally. The mother of two grown children, she lives with her husband in a suburb of Atlanta.
