Are we really the church of Jesus Christ even though we have so many doctrinal differences among us? Are we being the truest representation of His body that we can be even though we are divided by so many denominations? In his book, Pastor Moore answers these questions (and many others) through insightful and anointed expounding of the word of God. Apostle Paul wrote “For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: So also is Christ” (1 Corinthians 12:12). If we are to be the spiritual representation of Christ’s body, we must be one in our understanding of everything that pertains to the church The church must, in these days, confront the many schisms that prevent us from truly becoming one in Christ.
The Church is not the Body until Christ becomes the Head challenges the religious traditions and doctrinal errors that have hid from us the true identity of the church. It’s time for us to take it to another level as the church of Jesus Christ. This book is an absolute must read for the entire body of believers.

Too many Christians have had their minds locked by religious teachings and not by the word of God. This is why we have so much division within Christianity as a whole. There is no “line upon line” and “precept upon precept” agreement among the denominations. This is also why so many debates arise among believers within the Body of Christ. People who have received the gospel of Jesus Christ in error will shut down at the slightest mention of any revelation that is contrary to the gospel teaching they have received or “grew up” with. Why, because the deceit of false teaching locked their minds.
Similarly, the same can goes for minds that lock with the truth. A person who has received the word of God through proper interpretation and confirmed by the Spirit of God will shut down at the preaching or teaching of anything that does not line up with the truth. I don’t care how deep or intellectual a person may be when teaching, if it doesn’t line up with the word of God, the Spirit of God will reject it. However, since it takes more to believe the truth than it does to believe a lie, it is harder to safeguard the mind once it has received truth. This is why we need to be diligent in protecting our renewed minds.
Paul said in his letter to the Ephesians, “let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience” (Ephesians 5:6). Jesus said “when any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart” (Matthew 13:19). The truth does not appeal to our emotions and feelings as often and consistently as a lie. For instance, say a person has been consistent in tithing for many years but suddenly decides to stop. This person feels it is no longer necessary after hearing teaching that declares tithing is not of the New Testament. That person’s mind has just locked by the deceit of false teaching. The devil used false teaching to pick that person’s mind lock because they didn’t make sure that it securely fastened with the word of God. That person was a consistent tither because they believed tithing was necessary. However, after hearing inaccurate teaching about giving tithes and coupled with financial difficulty, that person would believe that tithing indeed is not necessary.
Their mind locked on the truth about tithing until that false teaching came and “picked” the lock, gained unlawful access, and vandalized their mind all at the same time. The evidence of this “mind lock” is obvious in many of our Churches today. When you look at the order of most Christian services, there is almost never any change to that order. Why, because of the “mind lock”. When there is a slight deviation to the service, it is almost never God introduced. Why, because of the “mind lock”.
The mind of many of these Church leaders have become locked by patterns, practices, and religious systems. In other words, much of their worship experience is the result of man and none, or probably very little, is the result of the Spirit. Thank God for apostolic reformation that is now on this great nation and God is raising and releasing an army of apostles and prophets to bring order to the house of God. Many, who have erred concerning the faith, are having their mind locks opened by the key of truth. The word of God comes as a locksmith to open the minds of His people locked by false teaching and false doctrine. His word comes to reset the pins and tumblers of the mind so it will open with precision when truth enters. His word is a dead bolt lock installed in our minds to restrict the unlawful entry and access of false teaching. God is putting the keys of truth in the mouths of his gatekeepers once again. His word comes to evict all lies, deceptions, misinterpretations, and false teachings that have entered the mind unlawfully.
