About Denyse L. Johnson
Denyse L. Johnson is a native of Clairton, PA where she currently resides. She is the youngest of five children born to Annetta Johnson and the late Floyd G. Johnson.
At the age of 18, Denyse relocated to Brooklyn, New York. While there, she attended Collier Casting in 1991 and was given the opportunity to perform musically in several showcases.
Her recording credits are with singing groups and solo artist, Fat Sar, Nikki Smith, Anita Tillman and The Golden Gospel Singers of which she toured European countries; Germany, Italy and Switzerland.
In her local community she has served as State Youth Secretary for the NAACP, instructed and directed the Community Choir during their annual concerts and through her church ministry at Kingdom Come, she has a compassion for and is involved in various outreach activities.
Among many of her gifts and talents, at age 36 Denyse has ventured out into writing her very first novel. In addition to writing she is an Administrative Assistant by profession.
It is her goal to fulfill her God-given purpose through any avenue of which she is given an open door.
