I never knew what my mom was going to have me do next. Robbing stores, lying to my dad and then being told my dad would kill me if I told him what she was doing. Fear within me due to the beating my dad gave me for not paying attention in church. I dare not tell my dad anything about what my mom was doing. Running away was all I could think of and leaving my brothers and sisters behind. My childhood led me down a path of abusive relationships as I became an adult.
