Books by David A. Krug

"The books humor allayed fears that I might be over my head. The chapter headings laid it out nicely for me and the brevity of those chapters further appealed. Visually easy - a turn-on. Interspersing text with art, Peter's and Taylor's stories, and the survey respondents' comments "humanized" the book. A book written by a father of a son long dealing with Asperger's gave it validity." V. Birdsall

Both high functioning autism and Asperger's are currently diagnosed based on an accumulation of observational "soft signs". For many years in the United States (far longer than in Europe), a differential diagnosis between the two was widely disputed, but now differentiating between the two conditions is generally accepted.
