One of the reasons the author wrote this book is because of the failure of other pool writers to go deeper in explaining things happening on top of the pool table. Years of regular issues of pool magazines and the emergence of pool instructors in countries where the game is popular, yet it took the publication of this book to advance the knowledge in pocket billiards. This book is also an excellent guide for pool instructors, players of any level, poolstick and cuetip makers.

There must be no reason not to improve your pocketing ability if you have taken the lessons seriously. It will only take a few hours of practice to include them in your arsenal of pool knowledge.

About Rick Enriquez

Rick is a professional civil engineer. Born in Angeles City, Philippines. At age 15, he got interested in the game. Being a high school student then, school loads kept him away from poolrooms. Graduating from college in 1973, employment restricted him in pursuing interest in pool. He finally got himself a pool table in 1987. In less than a year of practicing and playing with friends, he was already a good match against the town's best in money games.
